CVAS understands the importance of having someone available to assist and record an injury after an incident happens. And we handle this stress for you.
At the time of the incident, the employee calls the CVAS Claims Hotline. They speak to our Claims representative who records the incident, provides important tracking information and medical instruction to the injured employee. The employee is given access to the Claims Hotline which is open 24 hours/7 days a week. Progress and activity is provided daily to you the client. It can also be accessed by you at anytime during the day on our data base.
